INGREDIENTS
Ingredients 1 bunch (whole head) broccoli, 1 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower, raw, 1 small zucchini, 3 teaspoons salt, 12 cups (8 fl oz) water, 1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce, 4 cups 12 oz. Fettucine , cooked, drained, 1 ounce Cheese, parmesan, grated
PREPARATION
On a cutting board, cut off the florets. repeat witht he cauliflower. Cut zucchini into thin round slices. Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Drain vegetables an return to saucepan. Add pasta sauce and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
In the meantime, cook fettucine according to directions on packaging. drain pasta when complete and toss with sauce. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle Parmesan cheese before serving.
